amurrell
I have a cloudSQL instance with google They claim I can give them an IPV4 CIDR notation IP to grant access to the database remotely. I was able to do this with my home IP I am not able to do this with stevies IP: 216.218.192.170They are asking for CIDR notation which can have a /24 or /32 or so on depending on subnet mask ? I am also not sure if what ends up making the call to cloudSQL will be this IP.
wolstech
Outbound connections on Stevie originate from 65.19.143.2. If you're trying to whitelist Stevie on a remote service, this is the IP you need to unblock. If the subnet mask cannot be omitted, try /32. That's the same as 255.255.255.255, and means "this exact IP address only". If that doesn't work, I'll escalate and see if Krydos knows what the correct value would be.
