I'm trying to use the account renew webform but the Captcha widget keeps saying that it can't contact reCAPTCHA

The suspended email (subject: Heliohost website inactive) contains this link for renewal which leads to this page .

 

That renew form has a Captcha widget that doesn't work.

It works for me. It's possible that it's been blocked where you are though or was down when you tried it. Either way, thanks for pointing it out
