Thanks for that renew link, it worked. The suspended email (subject: Heliohost website inactive) contains this link for renewal which leads to this page . That renew form has a Captcha widget that doesn't work.

Stevie is blacklisted again. Could / would Heliohost admins setup a blacklist watch for the Heliohost servers ... , and upon receiving an alert start the delisting process ? That would be more efficient than waiting for users to be impacted and report the blacklisting in this forum. The server monitor (http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/) shows that Johnny has been UP since about 02:00UTC on 2014/07/14 ... but the Heliohost.org main page still has a red X for johnny's status. Why ? What linkage of automation or process controls the server status on the main Heliohost.org web page ?

I also checked http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/dns-checker/ and see that ns2.heliohost.org is not responding. Probably doesn't have anything to do with DNSRBL ... but it's another todo for admins. I can access webmail using Horde or SquirrelMail But, there is some problem with RoundCube webmail. I randomly get one of two responses when accessing RoundCube : DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED! Unable to connect to the database! Please contact your server-administrator. -Or- The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. I seem to remember RoundCube working Ok some weeks ago ... but I can't think of what I may have changed to break it.
