Phpmyadmin Blank Screen

Hello I have logged into phpmyadmin but it's showing a blank screen, and the database isn't responding, is this the problem of the database being invisible?

Please change your cPanel password, then log out and in again. After that, it should work.

Ok that has worked but as Ive started adding new database users I think your firewall has blocked my ip, i cant access stevie.
