a. your HelioHost: nightz b. the server your account is on: stevie c. database nightz_sky999 Hello I have logged into phpmyadmin but it's showing a blank screen, and the database isn't responding, is this the problem of the database being invisible? http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/22260-stevie-mysql-fixed/ Thanks. Thanks for unsuspended my account, I have been Spam attacked in my email with over 4500 emails on Thursday, I have changed my passwords just in case and activated. Spam assassin, Email Authentication. and lowered my email quota to the near minimum. Hoping this will prevent their type of attack in the future. Thanks NightHawk.
Where's all the spam coming from, I haven't used my site for this behavior now or in the past. Could someone have gained access to my emailer or other parts? looks like someone has done this without my knowledge. Could his have been a form of hack?

All i have used was a ftp (coreftp) to upload some files. I've never had any problems with it,
and I keep all my passwords safe.
I have changed all said passwords and am now looking through the logs to see the Ip addresses to block them.
I would like to report that two folders containing scam scripts had appeared in my file list of my site.
One folder called "chase" and the other called "newsscam".
I was alerted by a third party about one of the phishing scripts and have now deleted and searched and found a second hiding within my site.
Both are now deleted.
I would like to know is there a way to find out who and how they placed these files within my site?
What steps do I take to prevent such an attack?
Thanks.
