I assume you will use the URL address of you account - so the answer is "yes"

Hey bdistler thanks for the reply,

I put some files in the public_html directory but am still unable to access them through a url,

just to be sure the filename I want to access is file.php and the url I use is the one displayed next to Main Domain: gwogeldb.heliohost.org

so here is what my full url should look like: gwogeldb.heliohost.org/file.php

Just double checking because I have tried it a few times already, could it be the fact that when I go to gwogeldb.heliohost.org it says my account is still queued? I was under the impression that my account was active since heliohost.org/scripts/status.php says my account is active.

It can take up to 24 hours for the queued message to go away after you're able to log in to cpanel. Make sure you clear your browser cache too because the queued message sometimes gets saved in your browser even though your site is working.
