Problem Accesing Phpmyadmin On Stevie

Hello Sir,

 

I am having problem accessing the phpmyadmin through my stevie account.

The page just keeps on loading. The database doesn't open.

username= ecell

 

Please resolve this issue.

 

I have communicated this on IRC Chat but I didn't get any response.

Try this:

• Go to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/passwd/index.html
• Make sure "Synchronize MySQL Password" is checked.
• Change your password.
• Log out of cPanel.
• Log back into cPanel.
• Try opening Phpmyadmin http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/PhpMyAdmin.html

Let us know if you still can't access phpmyadmin after performing the above steps.

The best place to get support is here on the forums as you will get a faster response and more admins log in here more often. Also if you really do want to receive a reply on IRC it's a good idea to give people more than 1 minute to respond before you log out.
