Error On Connecting To Databse From Php Script

Hi,

since some days I can't connect to PGSql DB on Stevie.heliohost.org when I try connecting from PHP scripts.

I receive error "Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: expected authentication request from server"

It was ok until some days ago but now with no changes..What happened?
