Hi I'm trying to set up a cronjob but it seems not working, as it sends me no e-mail: I set this command: php -q /home/betnbit/public_html/<my_dir>/<my_file>.php And, what's the time for cronjob to be scheduled? I'm in Italy now it's 7.05PM (19:05), what's the time in cronjob? Thanks.

Hi guys, hoping it can help: if I try to remove alias from domain betbit.eu I get this error: "There was a problem removing the alias. Park::unpark(betbit.eu) failed: The system cannot determine the base domain for “betbit.eu” (i.e., the domain on which “betbit.eu” is parked)." Maybe that's why betbit.eu must be anticipated by "http://" ? But I cannot from UI. Please help, thanks.

I'm finding very slow the entire process of db restore after Stevie crash. Backup is dated last august, but better than nothing. I guess that's due to transmission time . Do you think that sending you the backup directory you'll be able to restore in a shorter time, or it's not up to you? Thank you.

DB is betnbit_p inside tommy server. Unfortunately I've not a static IP; but on Stevie server I accessed with any IP... Thanx

Wanna later try to restore my previous db located in stevie server (still waiting to know if it will be completely restored..) Thank you Krydos, very pleased to hear that so many years of personal work probably have not been lost It's not a matter of waiting time for data restore, please let me just know in this thread whan I can backup the postgresql DB from stevie (to later restore into tommy's newest DB). Thanks it works now. But...I had my Postgresql 9.2 database ("betnbit_p") on Stevie.heliohost.org, do you really think it's lost? Is there a way to restore it and load into Tommy server ? Or at least all DDL ? I have also a backup of august if you cannot find any more recent backup...please can you tell me how I could restore? Thanks!

sorry it was by my default email address (vian.pietroATgm.....com) . I received an invite, clicking on it it goes to a heliohost site telling "upgrade from 500mb to 1000mb", then blank page at url "https://www.heliohost.org/validate/done/" . So what should I do now? with which user can I access to tommy? thank you PS: I cannot enter with vian.pietroATgmail.com user, even after changing password...please choose a user for me and enable him to Tommy server thanks
