Hi, since some days I can't connect to PGSql DB on Stevie.heliohost.org when I try connecting from PHP scripts. I receive error "Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: expected authentication request from server" It was ok until some days ago but now with no changes..What happened? thanks petervaien

Hi, since 1-2 hours in betnbit.com, server Stevie, it's happening that: a) PHP scripts calling localhost to execute queries on local PgSQL DB, work (see main page). PHP scripts called directly from URL or by external services like SetCronJobs.com, don't work anymore. It gives me such an error, where lib_php.php contains the libraries to access to DB: exactly the same used by case a) : Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: expected authentication request from server, but received c in /home/betnbit/public_html/php/lib_php.php on line 7 Maybe is some restriction on remote connections be made? I cannot enter in website neither in cpanel, maybe my account has been suspended? Last activity was to create a cronjob maybe is because I set it as ONE cronjob every 10 minutes? Is it avoided? Hi, when I run a PHP script which could last up to 5 minutes, making so many times PGSql DB calls, it gives me "500 Internal Server Error" after a while (30sec/1minute) and stops running : The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@XXX.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. No error logstracked. Is there maybe a limit on PHP script duration? I would otherwise need 10 cronjob slots instead of only 2 : how can I get them, please? Each would run a single atomic PHP script as a part of the bigger one which now gives me an error..may I ? Please let me know. Thank you.

Great wolstech, I googled a bit, here is the solution - useful for the ones who should have issues with changing default nameservers in GoDaddy: http://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/75951/cannot-remove-nameservers-in-godaddy-when-moving-away-from-their-hosting-to-exte Substantially,the default configuration must be changed with a custom configuration just using DOMAIN menu . There I managed to remove "Informational" GoDaddy's servers letting only ns1,ns2 .helionet.org nameservers. It seems OK and let's wait for some hours. Best,

Dear wolstech, I cannot delete these Godaddy's NS records from my domain: ns05.domaincontrol.com , ns06.domaincontrol.com as they are read-only..I don't know why, but they're different from the others (also written in italic and missing delete option). I also added ns2.heliohost.org , so now both ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org are present for NS domain. Let's wait for 24 hours to let modifications take effect and see if ns05 and ns06 are effectively the issue...in such a case I'll need you to escalate for me, thanks.

Hi, I've registered my website with you (betnbit) on Stevie server. Unfortunately after more than 2 days it's still queued (I tried DNS flushing and CTRL+F5 for browser cache cleaning, no changes). Will it be prepared sooner, please? Thank you very much.
