[Solved] Changing Heliohost Domain Name

Hi all! First I'd like to thank you all for the great quality of your service.

 

Coming to the point...I already have a site at http://x.heliohost.org (example name). How do I change it to something else such as http://y.heliohost.org?

 

I'm on the free hosting account and already tried this page: http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain

It said the changes will be reflected in 48 hours but more than 48 hours have passed and I still have my old domain name.

 

My question is how do I get it to correctly work?

That script is what you would use, though sometimes it doesn't work.

 

What's your account's username, and the domain you want to use? I can change it for you.

The domain has been changed. Give it 48 hours.

 

To those who use that script: You must provide the full new domain in the script, like example.heliohost.org, not just example. That was the issue experienced by this user.
