[Solved] Is There A Problem With Your Ftp?

Because whenever I try to connect with my Special FTP Account or with my added FTP account, here's what I'm seeing:

 

Status: Resolving address of ftp.username.heliohost.org
Status: Connecting to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------
Response: 220-You are user number x of 30 allowed.

Response: 220-This is a private system - No anonymous login
Response: 220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.
Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 2 minutes of inactivity.

Response: 234 AUTH TLS OK.
Status: Initializing TLS...
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

 

But when I try to connect to ftp://ftp.username.heliohost.org with my browser, I can logged in..

I'm using FileZilla 3.14.0, can you guess what's the problem? Thanks!

Set it to plain FTP for best results. FTP over TLS works on Stevie, but I had to try it multiple times to get it to work. I did not try Johnny.
