StefaanC Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 The week before I had no trouble adding an external host by IP address. I had two of them, one for each of the two places I work from. Yesterday I tried to connect, the connection failed. When I went back to see what was wrong, the external host list was empty.I tried to add them anew (and again and again). The cPanel program always says it has added the IP address, but the list stays empty. Now, I can work around and avoid needing a external host. But still, I would like to know what went wrong.Anyone any idea? username : stefaancserver : steviedomain : casierstefaan.heliohost.org Quote
wolstech Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 It's likely related to the MySQL damage and repairs on Stevie. As of Friday, my external hosts also don't show up (granted I just have a % there), and also all of my innodb tables are showing as "in use" in phpmyadmin and are not usable. I can't check now, but I'll assume this is still the case. The fix is to wait. Quote
StefaanC Posted September 14, 2015 Author Posted September 14, 2015 Now my databases seem to be lost. I cannot go on phpAdmin (more or less empty page). Cannot do nothing. No messages from HelioHost to communicatie what is going on.I need my websysteem day by day all day long. What now? Quote
wolstech Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 The database server is down entirely. Phpmyadmin is giving a message saying cpanel is being updated, which is odd. Quote
StefaanC Posted September 15, 2015 Author Posted September 15, 2015 So, when will I get my data back, when will I be able to start again. Time is ticking. Quote
