I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. Byron Posted July 17, 2015 Share Posted July 17, 2015 Seems his site was suspended again today for the same reason. I've already unsupended it but he'd like to know what's causing it. I think it might be a problem with Stevie's suspension script since one of my sites got suspended for high load and all I was doing was editing a few pages. I downloaded a small amount of data today, but not enought to overload the servers I don't think. I have downloaded more than that many times before without a problem. Krydos Posted July 18, 2015 Share Posted July 18, 2015 I think it might be a problem with Stevie's suspension scriptStevie has been experiencing pretty high load in general the last few days, and when the load gets this high the system is supposed to suspend some of the highest load accounts to help balance it back out, but I agree that a few of the suspensions have been excessive.
