First the DNS domain of http://www.heliohost.org wasn't recognized and I couldn't login to cPanel. Afterwards I tried to reset the password of my account, with no success, it sent me the recovery data, which didn't work, it doesn't return any error, but does NOTHING! Now, trying to renew, I get: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive.
