[Solved] Cpanel Login Issue

I cannot log into the cpanel using the login credentials I signed up with, and the password reset function isn't sending me a confirmation email. Client and server spam filtering didn't reject anything from this domain, and it's whitelisted anyway.

I can manually reset the password and mail it to the email address registered, do you want me to do this ?

Also, just check whether you are entering your username all in small ( it is case-sensitive ).
