Cryosim Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Hey,I am jmarsden. I own two websites here, robt.heliohost.org and bluewiki.heliohost.org. I can access my bluewiki.heliohost.org account fine with the username jmarsden, but robt.heliohost.org DOSEN'T work. It says "Your account is still being set up". This account was working a year ago and I believe it was called "josephm", although when entered into the status form this does not work. I do not use HelioHost any more for hosting; having moved to VPS-like hosts; this is purely for data backup and nostalgia. If you could provide me even with the username that would be great. wolstech Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Accounts are suspended if you don't log in for 30 days, and get deleted shortly after that if not renewed. There is no account with the domain robt.heliohost.org, so it was likely deleted for inactivity. Quote
