Mail Delivery & Reverse Dns Issue

I can send and receive emails from gmail and yahoo using my email accounts, however the company servers where most email traffic will be coming from reject the emails. The company mail servers also cannot send emails to my hosted email accounts and it is likely due to Reverse DNS failure (www.graphicsbuff.com). It's also happening to my buddy's site. (www.goldrushchapter.org/)

Can you guys help out?
