coplaypl Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 I got the account suspended due to inactivity message over two weeks ago - I tried logging on - it kept telling me the password was not valid. I did the password reset (several times over the course of the last two weeks) - the site never accepts the new password I've been getting in the email. I know the front page of the HH website mentions a server being down - but really need to get into the account. Can somebody please help with this - I am not a tech person. Thanks.

To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit http://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.
