I got the account suspended due to inactivity message over two weeks ago - I tried logging on - it kept telling me the password was not valid. I did the password reset (several times over the course of the last two weeks) - the site never accepts the new password I've been getting in the email.

 

I know the front page of the HH website mentions a server being down - but really need to get into the account.

 

Can somebody please help with this - I am not a tech person.
