[Solved] I Can't Access Cpanel.

I have a problem: I can't access cPanel (with my password). When trying to retrieve password by email, recovery code doesn't work.

 

Username: Gonzalox

Main domain: gnx.cl (I need to change to gonzalox.com)

Server name: Stevie.

The first thing I did was to reactivate the account, and reactivated (I just did again).

I try to recover my password via email and nothing comes (confirmation code).

 

I've tried on different browsers, clearing cache and data under normal and incognito mode: same.

Your username is all in lower-case. Are you typing the username all in lower-case ?
