I logged on to my account yesterday (24-06-2014) and received an email today referring that my account is suspended because I didn't log since 25-05-2014. Could you please tell me what's happening? To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. This must have happened because your login wasn't recorded. Make sure you login from the Heliohost main page so that your logins are counted. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.
