chuck Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 My account on Johnny was apparently suspended today. The username is chuck. The domain is chuck.heliohost.org. I tried the link in the e-mail I received, but it says that the account isn't suspended. I'm pretty sure I logged in to cpanel last week, so I'm not sure what happened. I cleared my cache. No change. When I try to use the web page to restore the account, I get the message: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error."
yashrs Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Your account is not suspended. I see this website. Try clearing your cache or try using a different browser.
chuck Posted June 12, 2014 Author Posted June 12, 2014 It looks OK now. I got the suspended message before. I also got an e-mail with the content below from no-reply@heliohost.org.
