arcanumc Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 last night i left my upload page open and I just uploaded a zip file this morning only to find out that I cant access my files. Now, I know there might be a problem in the cpanel that will be fixed but is there anyway to extract/unzip the file I uploaded? the file is uploaded in the address "arcanumc.heliohost.org/lnufqd/" the file is lnufqd.zip. all my updates are there so I just need to unzip it.. thank you very much...

Byron Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 We are in the process of updating the cpanel and that's why your experiencing these issues. It should be fixed soon.
MDCode Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 We are in the process of updating the cpanel and that's why your experiencing these issues. It should be fixed soon. Is there any estimation as to when it will be finished?
trinucc Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 Bryan-- I still getting messages of "data error" when I go in to update some of my files. I see by above postings that the expectation was that it would be fixed yesterday (hopefully). Any update on the status of all this--or do I have a residual problem going on that should not still be occurring today?
hussam Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 You can always use ftp for now. The hostname should be your website address or its IP.
Byron Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 Stevie ran out of space during the upgrade and we had to clear some more space. The last upgrade should be finished soon.
yashrs Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 @Byron Does this include fix of Stevie's MySQL, which is broken ?
Byron Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 @Byron Does this include fix of Stevie's MySQL, which is broken ? I don't know. Krydos could tell you this better than I could. He's the admin. that's been upgrading cpanel.
arcanumc Posted May 13, 2014 Author Posted May 13, 2014 ahh, i see. Maybe that's why cpanel is stuck at " Fetching directory contents..." I will try the ftp though,I'm pretty new to this, thanks for the suggestion
