ahh, i see. Maybe that's why cpanel is stuck at " Fetching directory contents..." I will try the ftp though,I'm pretty new to this, thanks for the suggestion

last night i left my upload page open and I just uploaded a zip file this morning only to find out that I cant access my files. Now, I know there might be a problem in the cpanel that will be fixed but is there anyway to extract/unzip the file I uploaded? the file is uploaded in the address "arcanumc.heliohost.org/lnufqd/" the file is lnufqd.zip. all my updates are there so I just need to unzip it.. thank you very much...
