chuck Posted February 15, 2014 Share Posted February 15, 2014 My account on Johnny was suspended this morning. The account is Chuck and the main url is chuck.heliohost.org. I suspect that there was some resource overage, but I'm not sure which one. We've been having problems getting in at times and it may be that the re-try features in the web browser or e-mail client had something to do with it. I had hit the e-mail limit a few times and had put in a separate request to ask about raising that limit. I'm running an event registration CGI program that we use to communicate via e-mail with people who are registered. We are registering over 100 teams in a competition and 150 volunteers to support the event, so there are a lot of e-mails. Please let me know what the issue was and I'll try hard to fix it. Thanks.
