mushroomz Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 I have something like 3mb with 600kb upload. It's pretty good. But sometimes they undergo maintenance and I can't use it for a day or two and I go really crazy.

Elivmar Posted May 7, 2007 Posted May 7, 2007 Not bad. When I lived in NY it was about 2.5 times that much though xD. Edit: Did it again xD. Slightly better.
Dragonfire Posted May 14, 2007 Posted May 14, 2007 I have like one of the fastest and most expensive connections in my area then why is my internet speed cheaper then yours? I pay something around $150. How much do you pay?
Dragonfire Posted May 23, 2007 Posted May 23, 2007 Dollars isn't the currency over here, just trying to show you how much I pay. I pay something around Rs.9000 which if converted to dollars is $150.
1337 Posted May 26, 2007 Posted May 26, 2007 2.5mbps down, 427 up from across the state Not much difference to Texas.
Dragonfire Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 How does testing with a different server make a difference? To 1337: And if it does why didnt it happen with you?
Quantum Media LLC Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 there is latency with distance, signal degregation and all that good stuff.... sometimes you get a great signal to a server and sometimes you get just enough. I don't have the issue since Road Runner has guaranteed me a connection to anywhere in the usa continental a connection speed of that of a t3 connection.
