baxter Posted July 1, 2013 Share Posted July 1, 2013 Hi! I am having an Issue with accessing my website, cPanel and Web-mail. This issue has been happening since around April earlier this year. Whenever I try to access my website (Regardless of the Browser or OS I'm using) it always results in a "Connection time out" (see attached PNG for example). However it seems to only be happening from within my own Internet connection as I have had other people outside my home internet visit my site and they say that it loads fine. Yesterday I spoke with my ISP (Virgin Media) (UK) and they told me that they too could access the site without any issues, they also informed me that my account was suspended (but I believe that was due to the fact that I could not log in) they told me to "Check with my Web Hosting Provider " to see if they were "Blocking My IP Address" Unfortunately that as much information as I can give for now on the issue, If you need any more information such as a Trace-route or Ping report just let me know.
