Probably it's a mistake, since I'm not aware of breeching any guidelines. Could someone please look into this? My user name is: diavolo My URL / domain is: http://fradiavolo.heliohost.org You asked also to provide the name of the server my account is on. I'm sorry, but I don't have this info. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit http://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache. It's rather interesting to me that your account has existed since 2009 and you haven't once learned about inactivity suspensions. Actually, having been a Heliohost member for years, I was aware of the possibility of inactivity suspensions, but I didn't know for sure if this was the case here. Normally, I log into my account several times a month, but lately, I've been so busy that I haven't had any time to update the site. Those 30 days just flew by.
