When I try to login in HelioHost control panel I get the invalid login error. Tried to reset password many times, none worked. Didn't create this forum user at the time of account creation (maybe the information about it should be more evident). The account was created 5 days ago. Thanks in advance. Sylker Posted April 4, 2013 Author Share Posted April 4, 2013 Now the cPanel is accessible at http://outlineinter.heliohost.org/cpanel, but a pop-up window keeps asking for User Name and Password. Krydos Posted April 5, 2013 Share Posted April 5, 2013 The recommended way to log in is via http://heliohost.org/ If you try once with the username and password you choose when you created your account and it says invalid login try visiting http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ and clicking the "Reset Password" link.
