We have no problem hosting accounts for people from any and all nations, nor do we intentionally wish to deny access to donating money or buying a dedicated IP address just because of the country where the user resides. If you can suggest a service that would allow us to accept payments and donations from countries that paypal blocks we could look into setting up an account. We already have a bank account and it's working just fine for us. I was asking if there were any services that allowed people to send money to Heliohost through the internet in the same manner that paypal does, but was available to Iranian citizens? If anyone has any other suggestions of services that would allow users to transfer us money to purchase a dedicated IP please let us know and we will take a look at it.
