f4stdev Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Dear Support Team, Username: gymgoServername: stevieDomain: gymgo.tk Please unsuspend my Account.Yesterday I was testing a cronjob and for a quick test I set the interval to every minute.Caused that the suspendation bacause of taking too much ressources??I would be pleased to learn the reason for my suspension Thx gymgo
Tjoene Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 You were suspended for running 5 cron jobs. The limit is 2 every day.If you need more cron jobs, you can use like setcronjob.com to hosts them. Your account should be unsuspended now.
f4stdev Posted February 28, 2013 Author Posted February 28, 2013 Thx :)/> The problem was that i created a cronjob but unfortunatly it disappeared after one run and reloading the cpanel page in browser. So I recreated it that often. Could this be caused by the run interval of of every minute ?I am very happy with heliohost and don't want to outsource a single cronjob which just has turned run every day once.Regards gymgo
Krydos Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Running a cron job every minute would result in 1440 cron runs per day which is 1438 more than you're allowed. Yes, I believe the system automatically deletes crons that are scheduled to run too frequently. Running a cron job once per day is fine because that would only be half of what you are allowed. 1
