[Solved] Invalid Login At Heliohost

Hi. I've experienced invalid login so I requested a password reset

thinking I must've made a mistake creating my password. My username is

"ausoir" and the temporary password was given when I entered the confirmation

code that was sent to my email. However, the website still says that the login is invalid,

even with the fresh temporary password.

I just registered about 3 days ago and I don't think there's possibly any valid reason why I may have been suspended.

The password has been manually reset and a message sent to the email you registered your account with. Let us know if you have further issues.

...except it has always worked every time I have tested it. I suspect the problem is actually that people guess wrong passwords too many times before trying to reset the password and their account gets blocked because of a brute force detection. Then the password reset email isn't going to work because of suspicious activity, but by the time they post on the forum and someone helps them the brute force protection has cleared itself automatically based on time.
