sramsden1 Posted January 17, 2013 Share Posted January 17, 2013 I've forgotten my cpanel password as it's an account I don't use much, and when I try to send a recovery email nothing arrives at any of my inboxes. I'm pretty sure my username is cylus99 for cpanel, and I think i'm on the stevie server but I can't remember any other details. Any help would be appreciated. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.
