tarunsitlani Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Hello.. i have a account on stevie which was suspended due to inactivity...and i renewed it by the script.. but after that am not able to login into my account.. the password was not working so i tried to reset it.. but am not getting any confirmation email to reset my password.. plz help me with this.. my username: tarungypserver: steviedomain: getyourproject.com

Shinryuu Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 I feel silly for not checking this earlier in the morning when I went to your URL, saw the homepage and thought it might be your account being funny but actually your site isn't hosted with us. You should be able to log into your account via the cPanel login at http://heliohost.org/ but any changes there won't apply to your site until it's NS records point to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.
tarunsitlani Posted January 5, 2013 Author Posted January 5, 2013 thank you for your reply..actually when i was not able to login to my account i had to set my namespace at different server because we need to perform some testing on it.... i tried login into my account from heliohost.org and http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ but still i am not able to login..and even m not getting password confirmation email..
Krydos Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 You're probably not getting password reset emails because you typed your email address with @gmaill.com (two L's) I would assume that was a typo and fix it for you, but there is already an account with a similar username listed with the same email account @gmail.com that was created about a month prior to the account in question and has been inactive since November. Are both of these accounts yours?

You should now be able to reset your password by filling out the reset password box located here http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ Let us know if you're still having trouble logging into your account.
