shimone Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 hey,i have the hosting account active for a while now (a few months) and i have noticed that for some people and somtimes me on diferent computersthere is no access to the site. it is redirected to GoDaddy (my domain name provider) saying it is parked there.i noticed that it can be available to one computer and not to another one at the same time even if they are under the same WIFI/ LAN network. after some research on the web i can to the conclusion that the problem might be with my MX records / Cname records or something like that. is there any chance someone from the support team can take a look at it?my domain is elbaz.me Thanks,Shimon.
Shinryuu Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=elbaz.me&rec=ALL Your NS records point to domaincontrol.com, as does an MNAME.
Shinryuu Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 No, our NS's are ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
shimone Posted November 27, 2012 Author Posted November 27, 2012 i changed it, and i still have the same issue... some computers can access it and some cant find it...
Krydos Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 This link http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=elbaz.me&rec=NS will say ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org when it is changed. It may take up to 24 hours to show up though. If you're having trouble getting it set you might have to contact your registrar for help.
