I think the user and pass is not working. the domain is: pmci.heliohost.org Thank you Can i also retrieve my email address and password used for pmci.heliohost.org? To delete the account you need to first renew the account by using this tool http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew Once the account has been reactivated you can then use this tool http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete to put it in the deletion queue. You cannot get a password reset on an account that is suspended for inactivity so if you need to reset the password you must first renew the account with the link above. Then once the account has been reactivated you can click the "Reset Password" link located here http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ Once you have your password figured out and you can log into your account you can retrieve your current contact email address or change it to something else with this link http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/contact/index.html Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
