I have created my new account already and transferred my backup files. i tried to park my domain but an error occurred. well, to be honest we tried to make the other domain because of the problem with the redirection. i have been trying to redirect either of the 2 domains to announcements.pcx.com.ph but it is not working. did i made a mistake regarding on this? 2 weeks and it is still on queue

if we want to delete the other domain. how can i do it? yes it has the same email ad so that we would be able to gain access with it.
