That account isn't suspended because it hasn't even been created yet. You can check on the status of your queued account using this tool http://www.heliohost.../scripts/status Once your account is created that tool will say it cannot be found, you will receive an email, and you will be able to log in at http://heliohost.org/

I'm so confused here.. kayweb.net has ns1.kayweb.net & ns2.kayweb.net set as it's nameservers, same with your other account pesboxtr's site pesbox.com, your -other- account bahisana's site bahisanalizi.com is the only one using our nameservers.

And technically he's not breaking the one account per person rule at the moment because pesboxtr is suspended. As soon as this new account is active he will have multiple accounts though.

The pesbox.com site is live still, probably because of the weird nameservice juggling.

If an account is suspended there is no way to get our servers to output anything other than the suspended page. If you look at the A record of pesbox.com http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=pesbox.com&rec=A you can see that rather than getting his Heliohost account unsuspended he has chosen to host that domain on another service.
