teamkingslayer Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 Hello,Due to large down times on the Johny server, which I initially chose as I wanted to develop in Ruby on Rails, I am thinking to migrate to Stieve server. For this I consulted steps on the wiki( at - http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account) and tried the deletion script. After filling on my details and submitting the submit page displayed that it couldn't find my account details. Since then my account has gone into suspended state and my site displays that I broke Terms of Service. So if my account was deleted then the script showed me wrong information. But the site should say that it is due for deletion, not that I broke any of your Terms. Please look into this matter and delte my account so that I can migrate. Also please can you show information on my site, like "Its due for deletion" or something. a. My HelioHost teamkingb. The server my account was on:-Johnyc. My HelioHost main domain:-teamkingslayer.com
Krydos Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 Only inactive or suspended accounts can be deleted. This is a feature of the automated system which prevents active accounts from being deleted. So, when you queue your account to be deleted it has to flag it as inactive first. The suspended page is the same for inactive or suspended accounts. It doesn't say that you broke the ToS; it actually says that the account is suspended and then lists a few common causes of suspension, such as, causing high server load, inactivity, or breaking the ToS. Anyways, it doesn't really matter much anyways because your account has already been deleted.
