This was your second suspension for the same reason. Another suspension for high load will be permanent with no option to recover your account data. I highly suggest taking a full backup of your site as soon as possible.

thank you very much , i remove those to file from the server , would you mind please check that ny server load is normal now? becuse i really need to keep this account , i really do not want to be Suspended any more, please help me to keep my account up , i will do any thing you tell me to keep my cpu load useage low ,

So far today since midnight server time, there are 179 accounts causing more load than you account, so it looks like your changes have worked.
