McCozza Posted August 13, 2012 Posted August 13, 2012 for the account 'shali' whose main domain is 'herts.heliohost.org' I created a subdomain 'croxley-tennis' a few days ago. However I still get 'helio account queued' when I try to access 'http://croxley-tennis.herts.heliohost.org' in a browser. I notice the sub-dir 'croxely-tennis' has successfully been created off my 'public_html' root. I thought this creation of a subdomain maybe automatic, but it looks like you need to do something to get the page to show. Quote
wolstech Posted August 13, 2012 Posted August 13, 2012 It's working fine for me. I see a directory listing "Index of /". Try clearing your cache. Quote
McCozza Posted August 13, 2012 Author Posted August 13, 2012 Thanks. That worked after, with chrome, just 'empty the cache' from the 'past week'. Quote
