Could you please update my default domain to http://asimpleman.biz I've already updated my nameservers, there just resetting as I type. S1mpleman Posted May 9, 2012 Author Share Posted May 9, 2012 I'm a few hour's early than 48 hours, but alas it still isn't working. , it's changed on my Cpanel, but it doesn't work. I made sure to refresh my cache, but alas still nothing. Right i've checked the name server's on my DNS and it says' there's no nameservers found? I changed my domain over 2 day's ago now, so i'm confused. There both set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Any help? I've no idea how to check if it's your end not working, or mine. Edit: I believe it's my end, I get this error when I'm trying to change the nameserver's on 123-reg. Error text: Registry error, domain's nameservers not updated [Required parameter missing text SRS Major Code: 5060 text SRS Minor Code: 50607 text --DOMAIN_DATA_MISSING]If you are attempting to modify nameservers for an .eu domain, we are currently looking into this issue.please try again later. wolstech Posted May 9, 2012 Share Posted May 9, 2012 There's something wrong with your domain. You need to talk to your registrar. If I attempt to look up your domain with nslookup, i get an error saying "*** can't find asimpleman.biz: Server failed", which means that as far as DNS is concerned, your domain doesn't exist. The WHOIS data for it is valid though, and the nameservers are correctly showing Heliohost (http://www.networkso.../asimpleman.biz) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

S1mpleman Posted May 13, 2012 Author Share Posted May 13, 2012 Grrr. This is doing my nut in! I've contacted 123-reg and they have updated my name server's for me. It's been 48 hours, if not longer and i'm still not able to access my site. Is there something i'm missing? I did a quick Nameserver check and it's still saying there's no nameserver's attached. wolstech Posted May 13, 2012 Share Posted May 13, 2012 I had to try 3 DNS servers before I found one that gave any useful info. OpenDNS now says Heliohost's nameservers are the problem (No records), which is an improvement over a complete lack of DNS entries. Did you actually add the domain in cpanel? I don't have the option to do it so I used the script on the main site, which didn't work. It now say's my default domain is asimpleman.biz but alas nothing is working? wolstech Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 It is HH's problem at this point. HH's nameservers are missing the entries for your site. I think these entries are normally added when you add the domain in cpanel's Addon Domains or Parked Domains. What error is it giving when you try adding it in cpanel (under Addon Domains)? Is it the "You are not allowed to add more than (0)..." error? If so, I think you'll need to ask an admin to create the nameserver entries for you. My old domain was asimpleman.heliohost.org which got changed to asimpleman.biz It's still not working, I've checked with 123 reg and they have everything fine on there end, and with some help from Wolstech another user we deduced it's a problem on your end.
