I have not been able to logon with the account, so I created a new account (snorri1) to start this topic. I can logon to CPanel with the snorri account, but the database does not recognise my account name when I go to renew it. username: snorriserver: Steviedomain: snorri.heliohost.org Please renew the snorri account for me.
