my snorri account has been suspended and will be deleted in the next week. I have not been able to logon with the account, so I created a new account (snorri1) to start this topic. I can logon to CPanel with the snorri account, but the database does not recognise my account name when I go to renew it. username: snorri server: Stevie domain: snorri.heliohost.org Please renew the snorri account for me.

I am not able to renew my account snorri (with the email address gmca6@allstate.com) heliohost is not allowing me to sign in with this account, either. So i jhave had to create a new account (snorri1) with the same email address. I am able to log into control panel with snorri and my passwords. However, for the past week whenever I have tried to view my website, the host Stevie has been down (for 12 hours maintenance). Can you: (a) renew the snorri account ( tell me when Stevie will be back up so I can view my website © allow me to log on with the snorri account
