infantex Posted December 1, 2011 Share Posted December 1, 2011 a. your HelioHost username: infantexb. the server your account is on: Johnyc. your HelioHost main domain: infantex.com.mx I have had an account for a while and I've not recently received an inactivity alert, but my main page shows the Heliohost Account Queued page and when I try lo log into cpanel I get a message that the user account is not found in the database. Both servers are full on sign ups for today but you can use this http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/helio/sign-up.php to monitor when new signups will be accepted again.
