If you don't want to buy that domain then you could use http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain to change your domain to something else. You either need to use a free domain like peslivre.heliohost.org or peslivre.tk or purchase peslivre.net through a domain register, such as, godaddy.com @cl58, what's wrong with SFTP? That's what I use to connect. Contradicting ports and services is probably only going to cause more confusion in an already confused user. Asaguare Posted December 6, 2011 Share Posted December 6, 2011 Had also a login problem via FileZilla:- First I used the downloadable xml import files (both ftp+sftp) from cpanel => Connection errors.- Then I checked the xml files and spotted "port 22" in the sftp version. Strange.- Hence I configured the entries in FileZilla manually (sftp with port 1373) => Handshake ok, but then aborted.- Finally this combination worked for me:Server: ftp.[YOURDOMAIN]Port: 1373Protocol: SFTPUsername: [CPANELUSERNAME] //note: NO domainPassword: [CPANELPASSWORD] Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
