tmercswims Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Hey guys, So I am having a problem logging in to my Control Panel from heliohost.org. I go to the page, type in my username and password, and get a "We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database." error. ? However, I can log in if I leave a tab open and then restart my browser. For example, I am using the file manager and have a file open in the editor. Then I close my browser and reopen it (it shows my previous tabs on startup). I get a log in prompt in the tab where my file was. I type my username and password, and it works. I don't really understand what is going on, or if it's even really an issue. But I'd like to know, I suppose? Thanks in advance! P.S. - the username is "mercurio," if that matters.
Krydos Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Read the latest news post: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/10825-database-issues-on-stevie/If you're having issues accessing your stevie cPanel account please use this link to log inhttp://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ Attempting to log in through heliohost.org/home will result in the system claiming that your username doesn't exist, but you're data still exists and your account has not been deleted.Your account still exists.
