Sorry, I totally forgot to put my info. Server: Stevie Username: mercurio Domain (which is an addon): tmercswims.com (Heliohost Domain: tmercswims.heliohost.org)

I have two issues. First, I can't seem to use the DNS zone editor (simple or advanced) both throw a "You don't have permission..." error. Second, none of my previously made A and CNAME records show up in the editors, and neither do my subdomains or parked domains. They all still work fine, but they don't show up there. Thanks in advance guys!

Hey, I want to enable SSL for my site, but I can't seem ti get it to work. I add the following to my .htaccess file (taken from another thread): RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80 RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.yourdomain.com/$1 [R,L] But it doesn't work - Chrome returns an error about the SSL certificate. How can I obtain/generate one for my site? I really have no idea at all, so sorry if this is a dumb question. Thanks in advance!

Okay, so just to be sure that I have this right - as a parked domain, everything will be (in my case) tmercswims.com/* instead of tmercswims.heliohost.org/*, and it will all be based from that from now on? As in, the *heliohost.org/* won't be seen again? And another thing, how will this affect any sub-domains that already exist? For example, I have blog.tmercswims.heliohost.org configured already. Will it automatically become blog.tmercswims.com, or will there be something I will need to do?

I am very confused by this, so I am going to ask here before I do anything that involves spending money xP If I buy a domain name, how do I get it to be used for my heliohost account here? Do I use the Change main domain form and put in the one I purchase, as well as pointing my purchased domain to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org? Or do I just do the repointing? I'm sorry if this was confusing, I had a hard time trying to articulate my question hahaha.

Oh sweet! That's awesome! And my FTP is now working, though I think it was because the account I was trying to connect through got deleted hahaha so I fixed that and it is working now. Thanks again xaav

I have received it and successfully logged in, thank you xaav! Should this be treated as a new account, as in I need to wait 24 hours? Because if I visit my address I get a white page that reads "Executing in an invalid environment for the supplied user" with nothing else. My cPanel and everything else works fine, File Manager, everything. So I assume that's the problem? Scratch that. I cleared my cache, and now I get a "Index of /" page, with the only option chi-bin. I have re-uploaded all my files to public_html, so why aren't they showing up? Okay, that is fixed now. My FTP problem persists though: Also, it seems I can't FTP into it either. I set up an account and I am sure that I am entering the credentials correctly.

If you mean from my sign-up time, I have been a member for over a month. My account reverted to this. I can access my CPanel, and all my files are there. But my site shows queued. I have emptied my cache, so that is not the issue.

Some additional information: username: mercurio main domain: tmercswims.heliohost.org problematic subdomain: blog.tmercswims.heliohost.org

So I tried to add a subdomain to my site, but it failed. If I visit the domain, I get an "account queued" message, and if I try to add it again under CPanel, I get an error saying it is already owned. And I have waited 24 hours, it has been nearly 48 by now. Thanks!
