Problem Adding A Parked Domain

I have been trying for several days to park the domain appseresvivos.pt using cPanel without success. The error "Error from park wrapper: appseresvivos.pt is owned by another user." keeps appearing, even though the registrar is correctly set to the heliohost's nameservers. When accessed directly, it shows a queued account page from the server. What should I do to solve the problem? The account is appsv.heliohost.org. We are a non-profit organization based in Portugal involved in activities about the preservation of life.

Wait 24 hours and then try adding that parked domain again.

I noticed that even the address appsv.heliohost.org is displaying the queued account page now. Is there something wrong? I tried the support script to change the main domain to appseresvivos.pt without success. If possible, that would be perfect. I was just trying to park it because I couldn't find how to change the main name.
