Krydos Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 What is the username that you signed up with? Can you sign into your cPanel using this link? http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/
Sapateiro de Pirescoxe Posted October 30, 2011 Author Posted October 30, 2011 Hi Krydos, I am using the user name "sapatos" (lowercase and without comas), that is the user name that I used to create my account. The email message that I received from Heliohost office validates this user name and told me that I was in the Queue table. I have waited a couple of hours (around 2 days) to consult the queue table but wasn't possible because it not appears, I saw the exclamation point and the message.I have tried to do the login in the cPanel, but an error message appears "Login Attempt Failed!". I used the link that you advise me to use but it's the same, login failed. Thank you This is part of the email message from Heliohost Office: Dear sapatos, Your hosting account at HelioHost has been added to the creation queue. Here is your account information:Username: sapatos (note: case sensitive!)Domain: sapateiropirescoxe.heliohost.orgControl Panel URL: http://sapateiropire...host.org/cpanel
Guest xaav Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 It appears your account was not created due to database issues.
Krydos Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 I actually responded to this thread yesterday, but it looks like my post got eaten because it was posted in the window between switching between forums. Your account did get created, but we are having database issues so it isn't showing up in the database. You should be able to log into your account by using this link http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/If you cannot log into your account then you might have the wrong password, but your account "sapatos" does exist. You should be able to see your site by using this link http://sapateiropirescoxe.heliohost.orgIf you still see a queued or a suspended message then you should clear your browser cache.
Guest xaav Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Sorry, I assumed it wasn't created because it wasn't in the database.
Guest xaav Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 1 - You should be able to see your site by using this link I cannot see your site at this time. 3 – I have cleaned my password. I received an email with the confirmation code and I used it to change de password. During this process the webpage returns me another password and the possibility for, immediately, to do the login, I done it but received the usual error message. Your user name is not in data base. Did you try logging in at http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ ?

It’s amazing I was preparing to answer you that the problem persist, after done the login according your demand because the login fail again, when decided to repeat the login for to get an image, when I was surprised with the cPanel page. The problem is solved but I don’t know where the problem was. I have used always the correct user name, maybe doubts for the first password, but no doubts in this second one. I have cleaned always the browser, emptying the cache and so on. For both of you my Thanks
